Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for remote work, smart TV with streaming services, fans in all bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys. There's also a game room with foosball, darts, and a game console. Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue. A ping-pong table and large fire bowl are also available. Public transport can be reached on foot from the house. Two parking spaces are on the property, and free street parking is available. Charging electric cars at the house is currently not possible, but public charging stations are within walking distance. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking, parties, bachelor(ette) parties, or business activities are not permitted. A covered bicycle storage area is provided.
